Freyia Labs is a family-run startup, backed by the Bank of Cyprus and the IDEA Innovation Centre. We specialise in the production of local, fermented and preserved, healthy and sustainable food and beverages.

Our vertically integrated agribusiness approach enables us to oversee every aspect of the production process, from seed to harvest to the final product, working closely with our local farmers and our own production. Our utilisation of traditional principles alongside modern fermentation methods harnesses the potential of microbes (bacteria, yeast, and fungi) to craft delicious, nutritious, circular and environmentally responsible food and beverage options.
