Hello Radius joins KPMG’s startup accelerator

Driving innovation in recruitment with AI
Hello Radius, an AI recruitment platform built for SMEs and focused on long-term fit and inclusive hiring, has been has been selected for the first cohort of KPMG’s Startup Innovation Lab Accelerator. This program is designed to support high-potential startups in Cyprus, shaping the future of their industries.
Following a competitive selection process, founders Cecily Alston and Dionysis Kastellanis pitched to a panel of VCs, KPMG board members, and industry experts, securing a place in the accelerator. This selection reflects Hello Radius' commitment to helping HR teams make better hiring decisions, tackling inefficiencies and widening access to opportunity for talent.
Tackling a critical challenge in hiring
According to the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) 32% of new hires leave within the first year due to poor fit. Mis-hires cost businesses time, productivity and revenue, a challenge that hits lean teams especially hard. Hello Radius addresses this by using AI to improve match accuracy, highlight transferable skills and potential beyond CVs and provide insights to support inclusive hiring and stronger retention.
“We’re building Hello Radius to help companies focus on what really matters in hiring — long-term alignment between people and teams. The SIL Accelerator gives us the right platform and support to scale our technology and impact” – Cecily Alston, Founder & CEO.
What's next
With support from KPMG’s Startup Innovation Lab Accelerator, Hello Radius will focus on scaling its technology and growing partnerships with employers and universities to bridge the gap between education and work. Participation in the program marks an important step in the company’s mission to create a smarter job market and push innovation in HR tech that benefits both teams and talent.
