Hello Radius partners with the University of Cyprus to equip students with AI career tools that connect skills with opportunity

Hello Radius, a Cyprus-based AI recruitment platform, has partnered with the University of Cyprus Careers Centre to empower students as they prepare for the future of work through advanced, AI-powered career tools.

The partnership supports the Careers Centre’s ongoing mission to guide students and graduates towards meaningful employment. Through Hello Radius, students can identify their strengths, explore potential career paths, and connect with employers via smart, skill-focused profiles—an approach that goes beyond traditional CVs. This helps students showcase their potential more effectively while providing the Careers Centre with a modern tool that enriches career conversations and reduces barriers for students determining their next steps.

As part of the collaboration, Hello Radius founders, Dionysis Kastellanis and Cecily Alston, delivered a series of interactive workshops in cooperation with the Careers Centre. Students were guided step-by-step in creating profiles and CVs that highlight their capabilities, career preferences and future potential—extending beyond their academic background.
