Account Executive (Client Service)

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in handling client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships.
• Understand clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and target audience to develop effective advertising strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling advertising concepts and campaigns.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
• Monitor campaigns performance and provide clients with regular updates and reports.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to clients.
• Handle any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, providing appropriate solutions and
maintaining client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in client service within an advertising agency or a similar role.
• Fluent in Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
• Strong understanding of the advertising industry, including digital and traditional advertising channels.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software, including project management and communication tools.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
